Please make sure you book the correct treatment (especially nails) if the incorrect treatment is booked we may not have time to complete the service, your treatment maybe altered and/or cancelled and you may still be charged.
If you require any nail art, this must be added as a seperate treatment.
Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you are within this period you maybe charged 100% of treatment cost.
If you change/alter/cancel any part of your appointment within 24 hours you will still be charged for the inital booked appointment.
